何畅勇,男,1989年生,本科硕士均毕业于武汉大学测绘学院,澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学(RMIT)博士,法国国家森林与地理信息研究院(IGN/国立地理科学学校(ENSG)博士后,现为湖南科技大学地理空间信息技术国家地方联合工程实验室讲师。主要从事低轨卫星精密定轨与轨道预报、地球热层大气密度建模、GPS/VLBI/DORIS/SLR数据处理等相关研究。作为课题骨干参与法国国家研究院GEODESIE项目、澳大利亚环境研究中心空间目标定轨与轨道预报等多项国外研究项目。发表SCI/EI论文十余篇并被同行多次引用,包括Progress in Aerospace Sciences(中科院一区,影响因子8.653,航天Top 1,被引19)、Atmospheric Measurement Techniques(中科院三区,影响因子4.176,被引24)、Space Weather(中科院一区影响因子4.456)地球物理学报(中科院四区,被引50),多次参加国际学术会议并做口头报告。
